#1: Kitsunemen Gentou / Re.works

A Japanese-style set built from three pieces — a fox mask, wind-chime earrings and paper talismans — themed around a summer night. It took the solo #1 spot for July accessories (5,844 likes). Beyond festival looks, it suits a slightly eerie yokai aesthetic or works as a single summer accent. Published on 7/28, late in the month, yet it still climbed to the top. A new release from Re.works — the creator behind the popular Celeste Garter — and the same shop also holds #2.

The set includes fox masks in five colors (white painted in red / blue / purple, plus navy and black), six wind-chime earrings, and two paper talismans. Inside the glass orb of each wind-chime earring, water sways gently, with a paper strip (tanzaku) hanging below; the talismans are translucent paper charms whose cords sway with movement. Across all of it, a water effect rotates as it sways — you can float it above the head like a halo or wrap it around an arm, and choosing where to place it is part of the fun.

Each part is a separate object, so you can toggle off anything you don't need, and head-fit size and the cord/strip dimensions adjust through shape keys. It ships with three design variations — Type A, B and C. Type A is a standard cap with the "Aether" embroidery; Type B sets two cat-ear-like points at the crown with a lace-up cross plus round-emblem and triangle patches; Type C adds belt fastenings, a small angel wing and long ribbon tails. A straw hat trimmed with colorful flowers and lace, plus a headband carrying the same floral decoration — two forms in one. This is a free release from みつあみ (Mitsuami) at #4 (4,126 likes), published alongside their booth at Vket2025Summer ("Exoplant - the imagined botanical garden"). The wide straw brim gets white lace and a ribbon, then a heap of purple and pink flowers, small white blooms, green leaves and yellow berries — a natural yet showy finish. A new release from Mitsuami — the creator behind the popular Japanese-style hair ornament pair.

It comes in four colors — black × red, blue × purple, pink, and white — and you can wear it as the full hat or as the brim-less headband version to shift the mood. The hat body is △19,028 and the headband △2,050, about what you'd expect for a piece like this.

#5: Floral Sunshade / みつあみ

A flower-trimmed parasol with blooms climbing along its ribs. #5 (3,897 likes). It's from the same みつあみ (Mitsuami) as #4 Straw hat, published at the same time for the same Vket2025Summer booth. In July, Mitsuami dropped two pieces aimed at summer outdoor shoots at once — and both landed in the Top 5.

The canopy comes in colors like white and pink, with flowers edging it in purple, red, blue and more, so you pick your palette through canopy color × flower color. A single parasol runs to △44,004, so the polygon count is on the high side, but in return the buds and leaves are finely worked — an elegant piece you can carry straight into a garden or a summer-stroll scene.

#6: DuarChainPierce / Nulluno

An asymmetric silver piercing set, with a different design on each ear. It's from Nulluno, billed for 20 avatars and landing at #6 (3,769 likes). One ear carries an ECG line with a bar and a winged dagger hanging on a chain; the other carries spike studs, an eight-point star, a padlock and a crescent moon — different motifs scattered ear to ear. Light-blue gems work as accents, for an industrial-leaning, cool look at the ears.

The frameless build carries fine arabesque engraving along the temples, with a gem-set cross charm hanging from the bridge — a gothic-leaning, stylish piece. A new release from -W.BETA- — the creator behind the popular Expantion.

The neckband chain that loops behind and the swaying cross charm can both be removed and used separately. It supports 20 avatars including Kipfel, Komano, Lime, mamehinata, Manuka, Minase, Shinano and Milltina, and positioning lets it fit nearly any avatar. ¥1,200.

#10: summer nail / nemui shop

A free summer nail set — small blooms and light-blue lines scattered over a white base. From nemui shop, at #10 (2,595 likes). It doesn't push toward heavy ornament, keeping a calm tone that works under swimwear or everyday clothes.

Installation just means placing the nails on the avatar prefab and running the Modular Avatar setup. For Nagi and rurune, the page notes you switch the original nails off with a shape key first. Ten avatars are supported — Shinano, Chiffon, Chocolat, Nagi, Mizeram, Mizuki, rurune, Ichigo, Milfy and Eku — with rurune, then Milfy, Eku and Ichigo added to the full pack after release.

How it was released is distinctive too. Because the piece had been made some time earlier, it was switched over to a free release, with a note of thanks to everyone who had already bought it — one way of separating when something is made from when it reaches people.

Average likes of 900 against a median of 566. Even first place tops out at 5,844 — a lower ceiling than other categories. In exchange there are far more items, at a median price of ¥400. Build small, price low, release often: that's what the numbers describe.

Supported models: Shinano and Manuka lead, Sio climbs

Support counts put Shinano at 56 and Manuka at 53, then Milltina 43, Shinra 39, Sio 38 and Kipfel 36. But in accessories, plenty of items carry no support list at all — the first and third-place picks both skip fitting to specific bases, leaving position and shape keys to the wearer.

One release stood out on breadth.

JewelryBLUE's "Aetherdrop" is a halo of faintly glowing jellyfish and droplets drifting around the head. Instead of a ring held overhead, small particles scatter around the face — a fit for night or underwater settings. Made as a shop image piece, ¥300, adding the feel of summer water above the head.

From the side that does fit specific bases, one release bundling ears and a tail.

MT47's "Koigigare" bundles nine-tailed animal ears and tails as a set. The ears are lined with soft fur inside, and the tails branch outward from the base. Adjusted for Milltina and other bases, ¥600 — a way to add the animal element without changing the hairstyle.

Accessory type: piercings and halos tie for first

Type counts tie piercings and halos at 34 each, followed by chains 28, ribbons 23, earrings 18 and tails 15. The ears and the space above the head are the two prime spots for adding something. Keyword counts put "glowing" at 36, so ornaments that light up in dark scenes are firmly established.

-AW-Laden's "Lumiere prism" links industrials, ear cuffs, a ribbon, a heart and a cross with fine chains. Even in a single silver, it layers beads, bars, plates and chain so the ear alone carries information. Fourteen avatars supported, with Modular Avatar compatibility, at ¥500.

From the halo side tied with it, one more.

≒ ERROR 88991 SWAG ≒'s "NEURO VEIN" wraps a device around the head rather than a ring above it. A dot-matrix panel sits on the inner face with green characters scrolling continuously, at △24,138 polygons. Where most halos float light, this one reads as machinery worn on the head. ¥600.

On the chain axis, one for the wrist.

flow4ge's "Bracelet 04" threads a brass compass and crescent charm onto black leather bands. Two ship together to be stacked on one wrist, released to mark 9,000 followers. ¥300 — taking ornament that usually gathers at the ears and head down to the hands.

Taste: cool and cute run level

Taste tags run cool 50 and cute 48 nearly level, then dark 39, fantastical 35, girly 27 and fantasy 27. The hard direction and the sweet one sit side by side — and the Top 10 shows it, with a flower parasol next to a tactical gas mask.

From the dark side, a set shaped from bone.

【RE】's "RE.Hone Series" gathers two horns, two wings and two tails, all bone-shaped — six pieces in total. The horns come curved and spiked, the wings as bare jointed frames, the tails as linked vertebrae. Polished silver, adding a skeletal element to dark outfits — and released free.

On the cool side, a face-framing staple also did well.

CBshop's "UnderRimGlasses" runs a frame only beneath the lenses. With no upper rim, the eyes stay visible and expressions read straight through — easy to place on masculine or feminine bases alike. Multiple avatars supported, ¥500.

From the fantastical side, one built for summer.

-Haku_gyoku-'s "shell crown" links shells, starfish and pearls into a translucent tiara. The material reads iridescent when light passes through, dropping straight onto mermaid or ocean themes. ¥300 — among the month's 35 fantastical-tagged releases, the one aimed most directly at the summer waterside.

Price: 92% under ¥1,000, with 64 free releases

The distribution runs free 64, ¥1–499 at 77, ¥500–999 at 86, ¥1,000–1,999 at 15, ¥2,000–2,999 at 3 and ¥5,000+ at 1. Everything under ¥1,000 comes to 227 items, 92% of the field, with a median of ¥400. Even the Top 10 spans just ¥150 to ¥1,200.

Free releases at 64 make up a quarter of the field, and four reached the Top 10. Small ornaments start by being handed out — the pattern is unmistakable.

From the free side, one carried by its charm.

FurryWinks' "Crystal Bear Choker" hangs a silver bear clutching a red heart from a collar, in black or pink, punched with heart-shaped holes and a D-ring. The charm is modeled in full despite being free, and one piece at the throat changes the whole impression.
