[June 2026] VRChat Outfit Trends & Ranking | Booth Trend Analysis

Here's my look back at the 10 most-liked outfits published on Booth in June 2026, data included. One thing stood out this month: the range of avatars a single outfit can fit took another step up.

At the top sits a black sweatsuit lounge set that couples can wear as a pair (14,783 likes). Let's start there and go through the lineup one outfit at a time.

📊 About the data Aggregated: 2026-08-05 / Target: outfits published on Booth between 2026-06-01 and 2026-06-30 with 300+ likes (333 outfits)

A video version of this report (Japanese narration)

10 Featured Outfits

Ranked by like count as of the aggregation date (August 2026), one outfit at a time.

#1: LoungeWear / MUVIA NOIR

A black sweatsuit lounge set with nothing but a small monogram embroidered at the chest. The men's version pairs a crew neck with straight sweatpants; the women's opens the neckline wide over loose sleeves and drawstring shorts — same fabric, different proportions. Matching slippers are included, and it took the single top spot for June 2026 outfits (14,783 likes at aggregation).

What pushed this set clear of the field is how many avatars it fits. Support covers 26 female bases and 14 male bases for a total of 40. The makeup of that list is unusual too: alongside regulars like Shinano, Manuka, and Milltina sit Women L/M/S and Men L/M/S of the size-tiered shared base body "YM Body". Anything built on that standard can wear it as a group.

YM Body is distributed by yoyogi mori, and this outfit carries a "YM Fanmade" certification mark dated June 17, 2026. The side that publishes the base-body standard certifies outfits built to it and sends them out — and that relationship is visible right there on the product page.

Colors run to seven, including black, white, grey, charcoal, lavender, and pink. Setup assumes Modular Avatar, with hidden body parts shrunk automatically via MA Shape Changer. After release, weights and meshes kept getting adjusted per avatar for Shinano, Misaki, Komano, Hanka, and others. The women's and men's full packs are ¥1,800 each, and the complete pack with both is ¥2,700.

#2: Classis / 387 Realm

A classical one-piece look: a plaid jumper skirt layered over a white blouse with a frilled collar and ribbon tie. A matching beret, round glasses, a white knit cardigan, socks, and strap shoes all come with it. It landed at #2 (11,726 likes at aggregation).

The highlight is that the included satchel bag works two ways. You can sling it over the shoulder for a school look or carry it in both hands for an outing, and the same outfit reads differently either way. The bag alone comes to △16,402 — a quarter of the outfit's △61,400 total, which says how much went into it.

There are 22 color variations, from settled browns and wine reds to deep greens and navies, each shifting the mood through the plaid. Support covers Shinano, Manuka, Lime, Chiffon and others for 15 avatars in total, with 11 of them getting individually prepared shape keys for Big/Small/Flat busts.

Setup is a Modular Avatar drag-and-drop, with automatic adjustment via MA Shape Changer already configured. A glasses-only Prefab was added later. Per-avatar versions are ¥1,400 and the full pack is ¥2,200.

#3: NOXELLE / StudioYONO

A mode-style setup with a long coat draped over the shoulders, layered over a shirt, a chest harness, and thin chains. It's designed separately for men and women — the women's version pairs short pants with thigh-highs, while the men's is built around a tie and slacks. It placed #3 (9,872 likes at aggregation).

The striking part is the depth of male base support. Alongside Shinano, Manuka, and Milltina on the women's side, the men's list runs Minase, Komano, Kanata, Bokusei, Nakiya, Noshime:Re, Hanka, Rei, and Shidou, and with the +Head and Tinmeshi shared male bases included it reaches 27 in total. It meaningfully widens what male avatars can wear.

On the build side, mesh poking through during dress-up is controlled with Modular Avatar's mask feature. If you don't want the automatic clipping fix, deleting the shape key entry inside the hierarchy turns it off. Polygons come to △57,971 for the women's version and △60,208 for the men's, split into coat, shirt, harness, and chain parts.

Editable PSDs are included, and further avatar support has been announced. Per-avatar versions are ¥2,000, the women's or men's full pack is ¥3,800 each, and everything together is ¥5,000.

#4: Natsu Sparkle / MIRAGE

A summer set: a white cropped tee showing a bikini underneath, denim shorts, and a tie-dye pareo wrapped at the waist. A sheer open shirt goes over the top, and heart-shaped sunglasses, a bandana, a waist chain, and lace-up sandals fill out a full beach look. It landed at #4 (9,175 likes at aggregation).

The fun here is in the props you hold. A bubble gun and a sparkle stick are both included, and either one fires its particles the moment you clench the holding hand into a fist. The heart sunglasses run on the same system — bring a hand close and make a fist and they slide from your head down over your eyes, and shaking your head hard does it too.

Prop positions are set by editing Transform values in the Hierarchy, so you can dial in how they sit in hands of different sizes. The mesh totals ▲161,886 across 20 parts, from tops and skirt and outerwear down to the ankle accessory.

Support covers Shinano, Mayo, Kumaly, Milltina and others for 19 avatars, each with its bust shape key already mapped. The single item is ¥1,800 and the full set is ¥3,990.

#5: RUIN SAILOR - DISTRICT / VELLIE

A monotone outfit built on the idea of a sailor uniform walking through a collapsed world. A grey sailor top with a red scarf, an oversized jacket hung off the shoulders, and belt-and-pouch harnesses running around the waist and legs. It took #5 (8,132 likes at aggregation). A new release from VELLIE — the creator behind the popular outfit Urban Grace - City.

Sailor uniforms with military gear bolted on aren't new, but how finely the gear is divided is what carries this one. The chest strap, the waist pouch, the thigh belt, and the jacket pockets are each independent, so you decide how much to pile on. Belt and pouch positions and sizes can be adjusted yourself against the corresponding bones.

Support centers on Shinano, Manuka, Milltina, Misaki, and Kaguya for 23 avatars, with a separate tier prepared for the MameFriends bases (Kipfel and Mamehinata).

The release approach stood out too: a repost campaign ran alongside launch, and it was structured so that every 100 additional likes on the product page added one more prize winner. Reaction on the page itself became part of the campaign. The single item is ¥1,800, the full pack is ¥3,800, and the MameFriends version is ¥1,500.

#6: Maylian / EdgeMode

A Chinese-dress-style lingerie set in black with gold floral embroidery, its bodice laced up with cords. Long gloves, lace stockings, and a folding fan all carry the same motif. It landed at #6 (7,835 likes at aggregation). A new release from EdgeMode — the creator behind the popular outfit Lilith Vice.

Beyond black and gold there's white with silver and deep green with black, and the same silhouette shifts a long way between them. The fan can be toggled from the menu, so it appears only when you want it in hand.

Support covers Milltina, Shinano, Mayo, Manuka and others for 22 avatars, with a clear note up front that small-bust shape keys aren't supported except on Milltina and Manuka. Clipping around joints is handled with the avatar's own Shrink shape keys.

The hairstyle shown with it is a collaboration with MOMORI, available separately. It comes from the same shop as Asmodeus, which took first place in the May 2026 hairstyle report, and adding it completes the look as pictured.

The list price is ¥1,200 for a single item and ¥2,400 for the full pack.

#7: DeviCute / velvetsky

A little-devil look: an extremely cropped sailor top with a red ribbon, a plaid pleated mini, and a cord harness. Small horns sit on the beret, red-and-black bat wings spread behind, and a heart-tipped tail runs from the waist. It placed #7 (7,636 likes at aggregation). A new release from velvetsky — the creator behind the popular outfit Noir_Luxe — who also placed #9 in the May report.

The work here went into how the sailor top is suspended. To keep it looking natural, the top is rigged with Constraints so it follows the arms — with an upfront note that it may appear to float slightly as a result. Dressing with anything other than Modular Avatar breaks the arm area, and that's stated clearly too.

Four wings, tails in black and white, the horned beret, and the cord harness all come included. Colorways include navy-black, pink, and orange, letting you shift the balance between sweet and sharp without changing the shape.

Support covers Shinano, Milltina, Airi, Shinra and others for 21 avatars. An editable PSD and a separate material pack are included, and shading assumes lilToon's RimShade. The single item is ¥1,400 and the full pack is ¥2,400.

#8: Bunny Heart Sailor / Chocolate rice

A sweet sailor-collar dress layered with frills and heart motifs. A cat-eared beret, a bell necklace, a rabbit pouch, and lace leg warmers all come with it. It landed at #8 (6,736 likes at aggregation). A new release from Chocolate rice — the creator behind the popular outfit Classical chic.

This outfit ships two versions split by sleeve length — softly puffed long sleeves and short sleeves that fall lightly off the shoulder, so the same skirt reads differently by season. The mesh divides finely into skirt, frill, tops, balloon shorts, beret, earrings, leg lace, socks, shoes, cat ears, cat tail, rabbit, and bag, so you can keep only the parts you want.

Colorways include white-and-light-blue, black-and-pink, and a pale pink. Each Prefab, long or short sleeve, comes to △128,786.

Support covers Airi, Chocolat, Eku, Kumaly, Lumina, Manuka, Kaguya and others for 16 avatars. Right after release, ribbon and earring fixes landed per avatar, and a beret-only package was added later. Per-avatar versions are ¥2,000 and the full pack is ¥4,500.

#9: MilkyCat / FOXYPLAY

A kigurumi-style look pairing a cow-print hoodie with a string bikini. The hood is shaped like a cow's face, complete with horns, ears, and a yellow ear tag. Thigh-highs and a tail match the print. It took #9 (6,204 likes at aggregation). A new release from FOXYPLAY — the creator behind STRYDE, February 2026's top outfit — who also placed #4 in the May report.

The gimmick is that you take the hood on and off by hand. Grab the cow's nose at the top of the hood and raise your arm and the hood comes off; grab near the cat ornament and pull down and it goes back on. It isn't a menu toggle — the switch happens through an actual pulling motion, so it comes off naturally mid-conversation.

Colorways include the black-and-white cow print plus pink and black variations, and the hood motif can be either cow or cat. Support covers Shinano, Milltina, Airi, Lumina and others for 21 avatars, with an editable PSD included. The single item is ¥1,190 and the full pack is ¥2,380.

#10: LV.16 Yoi_Koi / LookVook

A summer festival look built on a white yukata scattered with hydrangeas, finished with a black obi and a red obi cord. Hair ornaments, a fan, and a candy apple all come with it, and a lace garter shows at the thigh. It landed at #10 (5,671 likes at aggregation). A new release from LookVook — the creator behind the popular outfit LV.7 Cheeky_Tweaky — and the 16th entry in the numbered "LV." series.

What makes this yukata interesting is that the pattern changes per avatar. Hydrangeas on white, peonies on black, camellias on white-and-checkerboard, green stripes — the fabric is assigned to suit each supported avatar, so lining them up gives you a group in matching-but-different prints.

Support covers Kaguya, Rurune, Misaki, Mayo, Kumaly, Lumina, Ichigo and others for 19 avatars. It uses VRC Constraint, so a compatible recent SDK is assumed. An editable PSD is included.

The pricing was staged from the start: a release-commemoration discount period, then a regular sale period, then back to ¥1,400 for the single item and ¥2,800 for the full package from July 31 — all announced up front.

The median sits at 952 likes against an average of 1,571. The count rose from 291 in May to 333, the highest across three months. The median price holds at ¥1,200. Top 10 avatar support ranges from 15 to 40, averaging about 22 — up from roughly 18 in May.

Supported models: Shinano, Milltina, and Manuka still lead

Top 10 Supported Models

Distribution of supported avatar models.

Shinano leads with 223, followed by Milltina at 184 and Manuka at 161 — the same three at the top as in May. Chocolat 154, Milfy 149, Rurune 139, Mayo 133, Airi 129, Chiffon 127, and Eku 117 fill out the rest.

One outfit just outside the Top 10 stood out for the breadth of its support.

snori's "Mi-8 Mechanic Wear" is a mechanic-style military look — a tank top with a jacket tied at the waist and cargo pants, roughened up with dog tags and boots. Alongside regulars like Shinano, Milltina, and Manuka, it covers the +Head shared base and June releases Linne and Kaguya for 18 avatars in total. The male avatar Callsign:[Gifter] is on the list too, so the same look lines up across genders.

Here's another that reads well as summer casual wear.

ANNYON's "SunnyTrip!" pairs a knotted tee with distressed denim for a resort look that suits the water. A bikini and choker keep the skin-showing balance, while adding a layer pulls it back toward street wear. It supports 18 avatars including Natsume, Shinra, Manuka, and Shinano, using MA Mesh Cutter to mask body parts that would otherwise poke through.

Outfit type: short pants and swimwear sit side by side

Top 10 Outfit Types

Outfit types bundled with these products.

The outfit-type leaders are short pants 46 / swimwear 45 / pants 44 / skirts 43 / jackets 42 / bikinis 40. Swimwear and bikinis pushed into the top ranks, moving the summer wave that read as "preview" in May into full season. Keyword counts back it up with summer wear 53, swimsuit 30, and bikini 21. The Top 10 shows the same, with Natsu Sparkle at #4, MilkyCat at #9, and Yoi_Koi at #10.

Among the swimwear, this one caught the eye for its part count.

DARLING CLOTHING's "Sunny Side" is a sleeveless cami-dress swimsuit built around a summer festival theme. There's a grey version with a printed logo and a sheer white one that shows the swimsuit underneath, both finished with a harness and an anklet. Three particle effects — water drops, sparkle, and ripple — come with it, and it stays light at △48,595 while supporting 24 avatars.

For bottoms alone, the reach of this one stands out.

✦ LunaSshop ✦'s "Pants Only" is a free cargo pants asset with a relaxed fit, in camo and black. It comes to △8,544 with a single material, and covers more than 30 avatars from Shinra, Minase, Shinano, Misaki, and Hanka to the Tinmeshi shared bases. The shop also takes requests for additional avatar support free of charge for any avatar already supported by its other products.

Taste: sexy takes the lead, casual and cool follow

Top 10 Taste Tags

Which taste/aesthetic tags appeared most in this theme.

Taste leaders are sexy 91 / casual 79 / cool 79 / girly 74 / street 70 / dark 43. Casual and sexy ran neck and neck in May; this month sexy pulled clear into first, moving in step with the rise in summer wear.

Here's one that reads sexy through a Japanese lens.

MIRAGE's "Kitsunebi" is a white-based Japanese-modern outfit accented by a fox mask and touches of red. Long outer sleeves, a large bow at the back, and ornaments running from waist to feet build an oiran-style silhouette. The mesh totals ▲215,774 across 20 parts. It's from the same MIRAGE behind Natsu Sparkle at #4 — two outfits pointing in very different directions in the same month.

On the cool side, this one for male avatars drew the eye.

VISION TOKYO's "Regulus" is a classic suit stripped of ornament. Swapping the vest for a coat draped over the shoulders gives the standing silhouette a settled weight. It's positioned as the counterpart to the shop's more decorative suit "Regalia," sharing its pants, belt, and shoe meshes, and supports seven male-type avatars.

Color: black and white remain the two giants

Top 10 Colors

Distribution of primary colors.

The color split runs black 205 / white 196 / pink 53 / light blue 45 / blue 42 / red 41. Black and white pull far ahead of everything below, the same monotone-dominant picture as May. Light blue at 45 and blue at 42 climbing into the upper ranks is the rise in summer wear showing up directly as color.

Here's one that commits to black.

RIORU's "RIORU ONE - 1st Anniversary -" is a Y2K-style outfit pairing a one-shoulder mini with a chain belt and long boots. Released to mark the shop's first anniversary, it comes in 12 color variations and supports Shinano, Airi, Milfy and others, with bust and waist shape keys mapped per avatar.

Included accessories: belts, chokers, and ribbons run level

Top 10 Accessory Types

Distribution of accessory and decoration types.

The accessories bundled into outfit sets lead with belts 53 / chokers 52 / ribbons 50 / hats 48 / bags 31. Ribbons stood alone at the top in May; this month belts and chokers drew level, in step with the rise of harness-based compositions like RUIN SAILOR at #5. Hats and bags stay high too, continuing the pattern of sets that complete a world through what the character carries — the satchel at #2, the rabbit pouch at #8.

Here's one built up out of frills and lace.

EDEN Oasis's "Behind You : Gothic" is a gothic dress where layer after layer of frills and lace sway together. A headdress, choker, and arm ornaments come with it, so the doll-like presence arrives complete. It supports 18 avatars, and the same EDEN Oasis released a second outfit, "Stella Magia," in June as well.

Price: about 54% sits in the ¥1,000–1,999 band

Price Distribution

Price bucket distribution for products in this theme during the period.

The price split runs free 19 / ¥1–499 8 / ¥500–999 99 / ¥1,000–1,999 181 / ¥2,000–2,999 16 / ¥3,000–4,999 10. The ¥1,000–1,999 band leads with 181 (about 54%), and the two bands from ¥500 to ¥1,999 hold about 84% between them. Free releases came back up to 19 from May's 14.

The ¥3,000-and-up band holds only 10 entries, but one of them goes deep on the technical side.

VEILWORKS's "AW: KLASSIK MAID" is a classical maid outfit that works a moth motif into its design. VRC Constraint and VRC Raycast are combined so that the multi-layered skirt sways naturally. It's the first release of a new outfit line started by the team behind the avatar Tsuyuna, supporting Marycia, Tsuyuna, Shinano, and Lapwing. Buy it once and it covers any avatar support added later. The price is ¥4,600.

From the busiest ¥1,000–1,999 band, here's a set that includes a hairstyle.

CYCR (Cyber Critter)'s "Kurenai Koi Requiem" is an oiran-style Japanese outfit accented with spider lilies and gold brocade. It's part of the shop's signature "outfit with hairstyle" line, so outfit and hair arrive together. It supports 19 avatars, and a dedicated preview world inside VRChat lets you check the fit before buying. The outfit alone is ¥1,600, the outfit full set is ¥2,900, and adding the hairstyle brings it to ¥3,400.

June 2026 through an outfit creator's eyes

Average avatars supported (Top 10)about 20about 18about 22

Points for outfit creators:

  1. The bar for avatar support moved up a step — average Top 10 support went from about 18 in May to about 22. No pick falls below 15; the top fits 40, #3 fits 27, and #5 fits 23. With 333 outfits — the highest of the three months — the same support lists are getting crowded. Breadth of support itself, rather than which avatars you pick, is becoming the competitive axis.

  2. Outfits started using shared base-body standards head-on — the top pick puts Women/Men sizes of the size-tiered shared base "YM Body" at the head of its support list, and shipped with a "YM Fanmade" certification from the shop that distributes the base. #3 includes the +Head and Tinmeshi shared male bases as well. Alongside adding avatars one at a time, a route is emerging where a whole standard becomes wearable at once.

  3. Summer moved from preview into season — and reached into Japanese dress — swimwear at 45 and bikinis at 40 lead the outfit-type chart, with summer wear at 53 in the keywords. The Top 10 has swimwear (#4) and kigurumi-plus-bikini (#9), and now a yukata (#10) as well. Kitsunebi and Kurenai Koi Requiem from the trends section point the same way, branching toward summer festivals.

  4. Pricing staged in advance as part of the release — #10 announced "release discount → regular sale → list price from July 31" at the moment of publication. #6 split a one-day launch price from a second sale window. And #5 connected a repost campaign to page response by adding one prize winner for every 100 additional likes on the product page. With the two-tier single/full-pack structure now settled, the invention has moved to how the timeline is carved up.

Summary

June 2026's new outfits put one question front and center: how many avatars can this actually fit? Average Top 10 support climbed to about 22, with the top pick at 40 — and the makeup of those lists is changing, moving beyond stacking individual avatars toward taking in whole size-tiered shared base bodies at once. The side distributing a base issuing an official fan-made seal, and an outfit going out under it, points toward one route for creators chasing breadth.

But the top of the ranking was never generic. A summer set that shoots bubbles when you close your hand, a kigurumi hood you pull off by hand, a yukata whose pattern changes per avatar — the outfits that gathered support were thought through down to what the wearer would actually do in them. Breadth of fit, and a texture only that one outfit has. The creators who stacked both at once are the ones who built June's top ten.
